 Empowering Parents, Protecting Futures.

Hello, I’m a registered psychologist working in the field of childhood trauma, specialising in sexual abuse. With a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and extensive professional development, research, and years of therapeutic practice, I bring a wealth of expertise to this space.

When my husband and I welcomed our daughter three years ago, I integrated my knowledge into our parenting. Together, we learned and implemented body safety practices in our daily lives. Since then, I made it my mission to share this life-changing information with others.

I navigate body safety education both professionally and personally, living this journey alongside my own children and husband, as well as my students.

Yes, the course is completely self-paced, allowing you to learn at your own convenience. You can access the lessons and resources anytime, fitting them into your schedule in a way that works best for you and your family.

Can I learn in my own time? Is it self-paced?

This course is flexible and easy to fit into your schedule. Each week, you'll get access to four short 10-minute video lessons. Along with each lesson, there are activities and resources you can complete at your own pace. In total, the course takes about 1-2 hours per week, including watching the videos and doing activities with your child.

I am super busy! How much time do I need to commit to each week?

This course is designed for parents of children aged 2 to 8 years of age. It is designed to provide a strong foundation on Body Safety knowledge that you're able to build upon as your child grows.

What age group is this course designed for?

Let's get those questions sorted...

Absolutely! The course encourages both parents or caregivers to be involved in teaching body safety, so your partner is welcome to participate.

Can my partner or co-parent take the course with me?

Yes, you will have lifetime access to all course materials, allowing you to revisit them as your child grows and the conversations evolve. However, the weekly live calls are only available for the 6-week duration of your enrollment.

Will I have ongoing access to the materials?

There are weekly live calls where you can ask questions and get real-time feedback. You also have access to email support throughout the course. If you need more individualised guidance, there's an option to purchase one-on-one video sessions with me for tailored advice.

What if I have specific questions or need personalised support?

Caregiver - 3 children

Social worker & grandmother

Mother - twins 5 years old

Mother - 4 year old

persons name, business name

I would absolutely recommend this course to other parents of young children. My son is four years old and I have found it really useful to learn more about body safety. My main reason for recommending this course would be to enhance the understanding of body safety from basic things as to how to label body parts to more in-depth knowledge as to how to respond to harm done to your child or even having more awareness about sexual harm.

I am so excited that this content is now accessible for the wider audience in a way that is easy to access, and easy to understand. It is unique in a way that it is comprehensive and addresses key parts of body safety. And to some extent sexual development in young children and I think this is a topic every parent should know more about.

Love, love, loved this course!

What really stood out to me was the clear explanation around consent needing to be both verbal and non-verbal. It made such a difference in how I approach conversations with my kids. Also, the distinction between safe and unsafe touch vs. good and bad touch. It's so important to stop layering shame onto these topics, and this course hit the nail on the head with how to address them.

Victoria’s style felt so grounded. She was relatable, genuine, and truly came across as being herself. It made learning these crucial topics not just easier but more empowering.

I would recommend this course to any parent who wants to teach their children about safety in a clear, approachable, and positive way!

I really enjoyed this course—it has been incredibly helpful. I've started using correct anatomical terminology at home, and it sparked an insightful conversation with the children in my care. I was surprised by how little we had ever discussed human anatomy before, but it made so much sense after hearing Victoria explain it.

I’ve learned a lot of new concepts I hadn’t considered before, and I’d recommend this course to any parent or caregiver looking to approach body safety with confidence.

The language, content, and approach in this course are so relevant and easy to digest. Everything is explained clearly and delivered in a way that feels comforting and sensitive. It has sparked so many professional and personal conversations for me, highlighting how much more we need to be talking about these topics.

Having worked in this space for decades, raised my own children, and now supporting my grandchildren, I was blown away by the new concepts this course introduced. It completely shifted my perception.

I highly recommend it to anyone with young children, those working with kids, or grandparents.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of parents, and here's what they've shared about their experience...
