You’ve read things. Heard things. Saved posts. But turning that into real, everyday teaching moments? That’s where you find yourself pausing, filtering, wondering if you’re saying it “right.”
Hello, I’m a registered psychologist working in the field of childhood trauma, specialising in sexual abuse. With a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and extensive professional development, research, and years of therapeutic practice, I bring a wealth of expertise to this space.
When my husband and I welcomed our daughter three years ago, I integrated my knowledge into our parenting. Together, we learned and implemented body safety practices in our daily lives. Since then, I made it my mission to share this life-changing information with others.
I navigate body safety education both professionally and personally, living this journey alongside my own preschool age children and husband, as well as my students.
